- 1 Family pack Ground Beef
- 1 Pound Ground Turkey
- 1 Bag Doritos (REG red bag)
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 1 Cup Black Buffalo BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine:1 family pack of ground beef1 pound of ground turkey1 bag of REG red Doritos (crushed)2 eggs1 cup of Black Buffalo Marinade SauceMix everything thoroughly by hand until well combined.
- Shape the Meatballs: Form the mixture into equal-sized meatballs (about 1–2 inches in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Bake the Meatballs: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).Bake the meatballs for about 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and juices run clear.
- Add the Sauce: Remove the meatballs from the oven and place them in a serving dish.Cover them generously with Black Buffalo BBQ Sauce for added flavor.
