
Black Buffalo Stuffed Manicotti

Ingredients
- 4 boxes Manicotti Shells
- 1 cup Black Buffalo Marinade Sauce
- 1 package Ground Pork Regular size
- 1 package Ground Chicken Regular size
- 1 package Ground Beef Large size
- 1 whole Onion
- 1 small bag Fresh Spinach Finely chopped
- 1 box Ritz Crackers Crushed
- 4-6 cans Tomato Sauce
- 1 small bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 small bag Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a skillet over medium heat, fry the ground pork, ground chicken, and chopped onion until browned and fully cooked.Add 1 cup of Black Buffalo Marinade Sauce to the skillet, stirring until well combined.Do not drain the mixture. Remove from heat and mix in the crushed Ritz crackers and chopped spinach. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar with a hand mixer. Blend until smooth.Add 1/4 cup of Black Buffalo Marinade Sauce to the mixture and mix well. Set aside.
- Stuff the Manicotti Shells: Cook the manicotti shells according to package instructions, then drain and cool slightly.Gently fill each shell with the meat mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Assemble the Dish: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).In a baking dish, lay the filled manicotti shells in a single layer.Cover the shells with tomato sauce and top with shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Bake the Manicotti: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 2 hours, or until the shells are soft and fully cooked.
- Serve: Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with additional Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs.
